Here is a quick overview of what it looks like (Figure 3):

  1. Name: This means your certificate name. For example, PMM Hive Essentials – Positioning for Advantage would be the name if you took positioning for advantage training. You can find it on your certificate. It doesn’t auto-fill, so make sure you check your spelling, grammar and everything.
  2. Issuing Organization: Enter the name of organization, in this case, you need to type “Product Marketing Hive“. We are on LinkedIn, it will auto-populate and you can choose us.
  3. Credential ID: It is the unique code on your certificate.
  4. Time Period: You can put in the month and year on your certificate here. Please click the ‘This certification does not expire’ to remove the ‘To’ dates.
  5. Certification URL: Put your course link here. For example, if you finished PMM Hive Essentials – Positioning for Advantage training, you should put link: https://www.productmarketinghive.com/.
  6. Click “Save”.
  7. Share with PMM Hive fellows and your friends on LinkedIn. We encourage you to do so, because it will increase your visibility, support and even job opportunities.

Here are some tips to maximize your post:

  • Share your certificate in a separate new post.
  • Write something that’s specific to your achievements in the course. For example, share your take-aways, and what you are proud of accomplishing, or a new skill you mastered and the impact that has had on your organization.
  • Tag your instructor @Crispin Read and @PMM Hive in the post, so we will be sure to see it and celebrate together.
  • Add tags (example #positioningforadvantage, #productmarketing) so your post reaches even more people – both in and out of your network.
  • And don’t overlook adding your new skills to your profile as well! We will endorse your new skill learned from courses.
